Identify 3-4 key stakeholders for that program. [Tip: review your text to learn about the different types of stakeholders. – there are several!] In an initial post to the discussion forum, identify the following for each stakeholder group:
their relationship to the program
responsibilities in relation to the program
information that would be important for the particular group to have [hint: think about the kinds of questions they may ask/things they would be interested to know from their point of view]
common interests with any other stakeholder groups
perspectives that are unique or different from those of any other stakeholder groups
Be sure to cite the text and other relevant materials to support your responses [e.g. textbook, slides, agency websites, etc.]. For citations, follow APA formatting guidelines. [Tip: organize your thoughts by stakeholder group!] Expected length: Initial posts should be approximately 400-600 words.
