telecommunications company provides the cloud service provider [CSP] to its customer and options for recourse should
those service levels not be met.
Amazon Web Services [AWS], Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform [GCP] are the three top contenders for cloud
platform market share. Please select one of these CSPs and research the service level agreement [SLA] material available
on their site.
Prepare a report.
1. Describe the process to locate SLA information for your selected platform,
2. Discuss how much detail is provided for potential or existing customers.
3. Summarize the available SLA content to include determining appropriate IP address spaces in cloud networks and
segmentation configurations for network and compute services.
Your report should be at least three pages in length, not counting the title and reference pages. You must include at least
two references. Adhere to APA Style when creating citations and references for this assignment. APA formatting, however,
is not necessary.
