Writer’s choice

This activity corresponds to the units on Description/ Descriptive Writing and Narration/ Narrative Writing [and should be a welcome creative writing release to those who need a break from more academic writing!]
Write a mini-narrative that applies illustrative description to events depicted in your choice of one of Time’s Top Photos of 2021. Your 1-1 1/2 page submission should be in story form with a beginning, middle, and end and should exhibit an understanding of the content of the narration/ narrative writing unit. You should describe the image and events using the techniques discussed in the unit on Description/ Descriptive Writing, particularly showing vs. telling. Submit your assignment as an MLA formatted Word document. If your assignment does not reflect content learned in the required units, it will not receive credit.
