The basic objectives of sustainability is to reduce consumption of non-renewable resources, minimize waste and create healthy, productive environments.

Up to now, we have focused on compensation. Now, we want to turn our attention to employee benefits. Benefits have always been considered a big part of the total compensation package by many workers. We generally thought of benefits as largely related to health insurance, vacation time, etc. But, the composition of what defines benefits may be changing as more “quality” issues become the concern of later generations.
