Topic Proposal Assignment

2) My topic and some notes from me are in bold and they can be used for this assignment.
3) note: I’d like to include one citation from an article or journal that discusses my topic if that works.
4) does not need to be APA for formatting but if intext citations are used them those need to be cited in APA style.
