Space shuttle follow on mission

This paper should be on a hypothetical follow on mission for the space shuttle. The following mission will be servicing and managing satellites. The four main points of the paper will be upgrading the robotic arm, increasing mission duration, installing hemispherical resonator gyros, and using these upgrades to service and deorbit satellites.
