I need the writer to add more recommendations to solve communcation and engagement issues. recommendations can be revolved around:
– A clear communication plan and strategy [how can the strategy and plan look like?
– Introduce monthly townhalls [what can the plan look like?]
– Increase organization listening [how can they do it, what can they use?]
– Make use of the online communication channels [which and how?]
or the reccomendation can be anything useful the company can follow. Please add diagrams in the appendix to explain anything for the company to follow. I did not add any of my references or figures.
