Make-or-Buy Analysis

There are many advantages and disadvantages to performing work in-house versus contracting for products and services from outside the organization. Building on the materials in the PMBOK Guide Section 12.1, industry standard templates, and material available from Colleges and Universities libraries, prepare a comprehensive make-or-buy checklist of the items you believe you should consider. Include both quantitative and qualitative factors. Based on your checklist, explain the factors that you believe are the most significant ones to consider.Explain why both direct and indirect costs are included as part of the make-or-buy analysis.
