1) Research methodology
-This part could be re-written to better explain how data was collected and analyzed, in relation to the research goals. The term ‘random’, in Section 3.5, is used inappropriately.
-It should be better explained how the framework shown in figure 2 was derived (based on which previous research?)
-If the research follows a qualitative approach with a limited number of individuals being interviewed, how can we test the hypotheses listed in section 3.2.2?
2) The discussion/presentation of the sampling could be improved. For instance, can we say it is representative of the target population? If no, what does this mean for the results of the study?
3) The findings appear in this version weak: it could be maybe explored a better usage of the qualitative data obtained from the in-depth interviews.
