In this paper, I am only talking about the innovation and Transformational Servant Leadership. Do not talk all 9 competences that I gave you. You should write about the factors of innovation, such as adaptability, creativity, or critical thinking…

Please do not use the picture of Competency Model because The professor only request us to talk about Innovation from that picture. Using that picture may make my professor misunderstand that we are talking about all nine competences.
In the Literature Review part, you should talk about the factors of INNOVATION.

Innovation may be manifest by the following indicators:

LC Improvement Paper Guidelines:
