Now there’s so many directions we can go here. There are many, many, many articles and things on ethical and legal challenges facing business. So I decided to focus in, on kind of this idea of human dignity because it was a new journal article that was posted not too long ago. And kinda comparing that to Scripture. And do those align? And what do other theoretical frameworks tell us about how Scripture and human dignity can be used in business. So the idea here is that there, there is an article on theoretical framework. So I give you the human dignity centered framework. Keep in mind this is one framework of how we could approach business ethics challenges. And then I am looking at in particular, another article from Michael Khafre key that discusses some motivational theories and potential biblical examples of where those are. In Michael Katherine Keyes article, it’s actually a call for people to start exploring and research in the areas of motivational theory and how people are motivated ethically and legally, of course, and scripture. So kinda combine those two and a paper. So you’re going to choose a motivational theory covered by Khafre key. And they’re listed on page as 79th or 81 of his article. And you may be familiar with these behaviorism or need hierarchy. Theory X, Theory Y, two factor theory, GCM, Equity Theory, Expectancy Theory, goal-setting, etc. And then we’re going to look at it through the human dignity centered framework and support, support it with scripture. And so we’re going to start your paper with a legal and ethical foundation backgrounds. So you’ll choose a motivational theory. You’ll talk about the legal and ethical foundations of the theory. And then you’re going to give some examples of the theory found within the biblical text. And finally in our last paragraph will answer, does it fit with human dignity centered framework, presented or not? So the bulk of your paper is actually going to be in probably evenly spread between these three sections. So formatting guidelines is make sure you adhere to APA guidelines and utilize the rubric. Remember, you need to have 10 substantial peer review journal articles. And it needs to be 10 to 12 pages in length. And that does not include a title page or reference section or abstract or anything like that. So be sure to look at the rubric. I look forward to reading your perspectives.
