For this assignment, you should write a short paper comparing and contrasting the debates over the US Constitution with debates over the Nevada Constitution. How were the issues at stake similar and how were they different?
In writing your response you should draw on Green, the lecture from this week’s module, and if need be, refer back to the lecture from last week on the US Constitution. In your third and final paragraph, be sure to answer the following question that I asked you to think about in the lecture: Given what you now know about Nevada’s path to statehood, what might a more appropriate motto be for the state of Nevada?
