Apply the concepts we’ve studied through Unit 6.

Discuss the legal and ethical issues present in the declaration of essential vs non-essential businesses, the mandatory shutdowns, the impact on business and the authority to do so. A thorough discussion includes impact to stakeholder, employee, customer, environment, society, etc. Analyze and discuss, citing any applicable definitions, examples and cases from the textbook with proper APA format.
