In summary, for the evidence-brief, students will be assessed on their ability to provide a clear statement of the communication issues identified, a summary of the factors likely to underylie the communication issues, possible consequences if the communication issue is not addressed, and proposed solution to address the communication issue. The educational resource will be assessed for content, and visual presentation. Marks are also provided for the use of high quality research to support evidence-based briefs and educational resource, in addition to professional writing [language conventions and use], and formatting of references.
