Directions:
Part 1
Present a revised version (1,750-2,050 words total) of the paper “Benchmark – Higher Education Institutions and Quality” that makes improvements in the caliber of the writing and incorporates instructor feedback regarding content and writing. Include the following in your submission:

A research based discussion of how the institution’s philosophy determines which master and strategic planning best practices to enact.
A research-based discussion of the stakeholder relationships necessary to enact each of the best practices identified. A research-based discussion of the governance, structure, and leadership practices necessary to enact each of the identified best practices. (Benchmarks C8.2: Analyze the governance and structure of higher education institutions including both internal and external frameworks and the leadership practices required in these areas.)
A research-based evaluation of the potential impact each of the best practices on student learning (direct or indirect), on development of global curriculum, and student support.
