1 Source of system requirements
The automated information system that BCA initially had was weak. Our primary goal was to create an effective and secure database to make it more modern as compared to the old fashioned. This database would allow saving and management of all the information pertaining managers, employees, volunteers and people who register for donations. Such a system would make it easy for employees to detect fraud. Moreover, it will improve security by ensuring that there is fair distribution of donations. Besides, the modern database will entail better ways for financial management that will result to financial benefits essential to stakeholders.
