I have attached the instructions for this multi-step assignment, I would like to know if there is a way to assign this one writer, who can help me from the start to finish for the sake of consistency.
There are eight weeks in this course, I’m currently in week 1 of this course and this is only 8 weeks. Please review the schedule in the attached document for more details.
The part of this assignment is submitting a project proposal,
Final Project Report
Students will conduct an in-depth analysis of an organization in the student’s field of work
or industry they aspire to work in. Through this analysis, the student will prepare a detailed
set of recommendations for a specific problem facing the organization as selected by the
student.
To be successful in completing this project, each student should be prepared to spend an
average of 8 to 10 hours per week on the project.
Your analysis should use publicly available information on the organization under study.
If you utilize private information [surveys, interviews, etc.] you may need to seek
Institutional Review Board [IRB] approval. Any consideration of using private information
must be discussed with your instructor prior to beginning your project.
The Final Project Report will include the following sections:
- Title page – properly formatted according to APA formatting guidelines.
- Abstract – properly prepared and formatted according to APA formatting
guidelines.
- Introduction – What problem will you be investigating? Why is the problem worth
investigating? What is the background to the problem, how did it develop, etc.?
What organization will be the subject of your investigation? Provide appropriate
information about the organization [history, mission/vision, industry, leadership
structure, organizational structure, financial position, etc.] so the reader has a
thorough understanding of the organization.
- Problem statement – Provide a clear and concise statement to the problem to
include key constructs associated with the problem. Make sure that you define the
constructs within the problem and avoid generalizations. Use academic definitions
to define your constructs. For example, if your problem involves leadership
effectiveness, clearly define leadership and what ‘effectiveness’ means.
- Literature review – Research each construct that is related to the problem under
investigation. Introduce each construct and then inform the reader of the construct
using academic journal articles to build the body of knowledge on the construct.
- Methodology – This section should be relatively short and state how you have
developed your resolutions to the problem. This may be accomplished through a
meta-analysis and thought experiment. However you approached your resolution
and recommendations to the experiment, they should be discussed in this section
and supported by sound theory.
- Results – This is an objective discussion of the results of your methodology and is
not based upon your opinion. In this section, provide a brief summary of the
literature review and methodology section [one paragraph each] and then
transition into what these sections have told you. For example, “From the literature
we see that emotional intelligence is a key personality trait for those who emerge
as leaders. Survey results from this study support this finding…”
- Discussion/Recommendations – In this section, you should apply your results to
the specific problem under investigation in a more subjective way. List and discuss
any recommendations developed in response to your research and results
pertaining to the problem under investigation. “Organization X should identify
individuals high in emotional intelligence as potential leaders within the
organization. Training and development programs can aid in this effort and reduce
the randomness that is currently present in leader emergence and development
within the firm…”
- Conclusion – a concise conclusion to the paper.
- Reference page – properly formatted according to APA formatting guidelines.
- Appendices – include an appendix of key artifacts related to the project as
necessary. Such artifacts may include; survey results, financials, correspondence
with the organization, brochures and other informative material, financials,
organization charts, etc.
The Final Project report should be between 25 and 30 pages in length, not including the
title page, abstract, references page[s] or appendices. The paper should follow APA
formatting guidelines, be typed, double-spaced and use Times New Roman, 12-point font.
Various draft sections of your project will be due each week according to the following
schedule:
Week 1: By the end of the first week of the Course, each student will submit a Project
Proposal [3-5 pages, double-spaced] that describes the project the student
wishes to complete.
[This activity is worth 25 points out of the total of 250 points assigned for the Final Project
Report].
The purpose of submitting sections of the project report during weeks 2 through 7
is to obtain feedback and make edits to your writing throughout the course.
Week 2: Submit a draft of your Introduction and Problem Statement sections
Week 3: Submit a draft of your Literature Review section
Week 4: Submit a revised copy of your report including updated Introduction, Problem
Statement and Literature Review sections based upon feedback from your
instructor. You should also include the draft of your Methodology section
Week 5: Submit a draft of your Results section
Week 6: Submit a draft of your Discussion, Recommendations and Conclusion sections
Week 7: Fully revised and completed Final Project Report
Failure to submit a draft section as listed above will result in an overall grade of
zero [0] for the assignment as will failure to submit the Final Project Report during
week 7.
These assignments are due by the Sunday of the week assigned.
Final Project Presentation
Each student will prepare a Power Point presentation covering the major sections of their
final project report and use the notes section of the Power Point to provide a narrative or
script for their final presentation. Students will use no more than 12-15 slides to present
their information and will follow the provided slide outline. The presentation and narrative
must be concise yet informative enough to convey the major points of the final project
report. This assignment will be reviewed by the instructor, panel members and fellow
classmates and should be prepared accordingly. This assignment is due by the
Sunday of week 7.
Final Project Written Defense
At the beginning of week eight, students will receive feedback from their instructor and
panel members concerning their final project report and presentation. In addition to
general feedback, a list of clarification questions will be asked which the student must
address. By the Friday of week 8, each student will prepare a comprehensive written
defense of their final project that answers the questions put forth by their instructor and
the panel. The length of the written defense will vary depending on the number of
questions asked but typically is at least three pages in length. It is expected that
responses to questions will use academic source information as supporting evidence
where appropriate. The final written defense will be double-spaces, use T
